* Our office runs on time. Sometimes we run ahead of schedule. We know that you are busy, and you don't want to have to wait a long time to be seen. We will see you at your appointment time and get you on your way as quickly as possible. We won't waste your time.
* Orthodontic appointments are scheduled every 4 to 5 weeks and usually last 15 minutes or less. Do you need a reminder as to when your appointment is? We will automatically send you an e-mail notice of the date and time of your appointment.

* We are upfront and fair with our fees. There are no hidden charges. Our payment plans are affordable.
* Our office understands that these are tough economic times. In the unfortunate case that you loose your job and financial problems arise during treatment, please contact the office so that we may assist you. New financial arrangements may be possible. Should you find that you can no longer afford treatment, you can stop treatment at any time. You will only be financially responsible for treatment that has been received.
